JADON SANCHO AND RICHARLISON TARGETED FOR SAUDI PRO LEAGUE MOVES IN JANUARY – PAPER ROUND

Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho and Tottenham forward striker Richarlison may leave for Saudi Arabia this January, while Liverpool’s interest in Kalvin Phillips could be rekindled in future. Elsewhere, Timo Werner could be let go by RB Leipzig, and Papiss Cisse is back in England and training with Macclesfield FC with a view to a free transfer move.

“The Saudi Pro League is currently finalising financing for the next transfer window, but clubs are already eyeing a new assault on the Premier League in the new year.“With stellar long-term targets Mohamed Salah and Son Heung-min almost certainly unavailable mid-season, Sancho and Richarlison are emerging as top targets for Saudi clubs in January.“Sancho and Richarlison were both the subject of Saudi interest towards the end of the summer transfer window, but the United winger showed no inclination of wanting to make the move and Tottenham were not interested in allowing their Brazilian to leave.“It remains to be seen whether either stance will have shifted, but Saudi clubs are ready to test the water again ahead of the January window.”
