One Lane Closure of Swami Sivananda Avenue (B63) in the vicinity of Phoenix Mall (Jumbo), Phoenix
The public is hereby informed that excavation works pertaining to the diversion of utility services in the context of the Metro Express Project will be carried out along the left lane of Swami Sivananda Avenue in the vicinity of Phoenix Mall (Jumbo), Phoenix as from Wednesday 26 May 2021 and for a period of 4 weeks.
Accordingly, during this period, the left lane of Swami Sivananda Avenue over a stretch of 50 metres will be closed to traffic from 10 00 hours to 21 30 hours. Traffic will be deviated onto the remaining right lane.
Traffic signs will be set up to inform and guide road users while approaching the works area.
Drivers are strongly advised to exercise caution when reaching the works area and to drive within the prevailing speed limit.
The Ministry regrets for any inconvenience caused and relies on the usual collaboration and cooperation of the public.
